special thanks to Meredith Edmondson and her niece (pictured here) Maddy!
if you see something cuter in the world please share it with me, cause i think this is it :)

Meredith i really hope i get to see you again at Pilchuck Glass School!

to my faithful blog viewers, i'm sorry for such a blog hiatus! i have stacks of photos from lovely people that are waiting for me, but i have to be honest, i was securing a new mustache ride (oops i meant car) and spent the past month and a week on craigslist. blech! but worth it. photos to come...

p.s. does anyone know anyone famous so i could give them a glass mustache? that would be awesome!

Moustache Monocle by Mame

I have to admit, the last few weeks, I've been having a slight existential crisis. I am back from the best vacation ever at Pilchuck and travels throughout the Pacific Northwest. I also finally finished watching 'Six Feet Under.' Spoiler alert: Saddest most real ending to a series ever. And I mean EVER. 90210 had nothing on this Jenny!

Jennifer Garner is the most creative person I know, hands down. I mean, all you have to do is check out this photo she sent me! Out of control. She is the first person who asked me about making a monocle to go along with her mustache. Check out more of her work here. She is currently living and working in Connecticut, but she and I have been friends since our freshman year of college in Philadelphia. Jen I wish you still lived in Hawaii! Not a day goes by that I don't miss you.

So my friend Jennifer Garner hates her name these days, as everywhere she goes, people make idiotic (I'm assuming) comments about how there is an actress with the same name.
I wonder what name she will pick! I have to say I'm partial to Mimi only because that's what I used to call my Grandma when I couldn't say Leona.

Anyways, Jen, I hope the mustache and the monocle are helping you with your identity crisis, and that we get to talk soon to compare crises.
